ARISTA - A Labor Savings Solution

The Cooper B-Line ARISTA Mounting System for commercial flat rooftop applications is combination of strut channel, fittings and supports that are pre-assembled to provide time and labor savings during installation. The mounting system is designed with very few parts to install on the job-site. In fact, the frame can be installed with just one person in a matter of minutes, allow for quick set up resulting in a lower cost per watt installation.

ARISTA - A Versatile Mounting System

The ARISTA Mounting System is one of the most flexible solar PV mounting systems in the industry today. This one system provides a variety of options for flat commercial rooftop solar applications. The system is ballasted and non-penetrating with an option for positively tied mounting. It can be used in a landscape or portrait panel mounting orientation. It will accommodate virtually any solar PV panel type or size. Available in 5 to 35 degree angles in 5 degree increments, the system allows for various regional applications.

    Constructed of 6063-T6 aluminum strut profile extrusion to accept common strut fittings. Light weight, yet durable support for solar PV panels.
  2. Hinge Support Design
    Unique hinged design allows for easy access to the rooftop for maintenance.
  3. Pre-Assembled Fittings
    Pre-assembled fittings allow for quick, easy frame assembly and mounting. Fittings are factory set for module mounting specifications.
  4. DURA-BLOK™ Supports
    DURA-BLOK supports are made of recycled rubber and do not penetrate the roof, helping reduce potential wear to the roof.
  5. Mounting Clamps
    Mounting clamps available for portrait and landscape panel orientation options.
  6. Hinge Support Base
    Three widths available (36”, 42”, and 58”) to support virtually any solar PV module size or type.
  7. Mounting Options
    Pre-assembled ballast pan easily installs onto the bottom of the frame for non-penetrating ballast mounting applications. Mounting options available for positively tied applications.

Selecting Your Mounting System

The ARISTA Mounting System is available in ballasted and positively tied mounting systems that accommodate both landscape and portrait panel orientation.
