Cooper B-Line offers a comprehensive line of mounting and electrical products designed for solar ground mount requirements. From large utility open ground mountings in the desert of California to other solar applications throughout North America, we provide PV panel support and electrical components for major solar energy developers, installers, and integrators. Cooper B-Line ground mount solutions utilize: metal framing (strut), which includes a complete line of channels, fittings, and accessories; cable tray systems, designed to provide protection, cable support and wire management; electrical enclosures, featuring a range of NEMA ratings for various degrees of environmental protection; wireway systems, including protective, yet easily accessible enclosures; and meter mounting devices.
Solar PV Mounting System
Cooper B-Line utilizes standard pre-assembled electrical components to design ground mounting supports for solar PV applications. The systems are modular and simple to assemble, producing substantial savings in time and labor. Yet they provide the strength of welded construction, and are durable to withstand various conditions.
Cable Tray Systems & Cable Support Options
Designed to provide protection, cable support, and wire management, Cooper B-Line cable tray systems and cabling support options are designed primarily for utility scale solar mounting applications. Cable tray solutions can be used in long spans of solar panel arrangements, making them easy to assemble as well as cost effective. Electrical Enclosures
Cooper B-Line electrical enclosures are available for use with all four mounting options. Our electrical enclosures feature a range of NEMA ratings to provide various degrees of environmental protection. No matter what the environmental conditions, Cooper B-Line electrical enclosures will keep electrical controls, equipment, and instruments protected.
Wireway Systems
Cooper B-Line wireway systems offer wire management solutions for solar applications through protective, yet easily accessible, enclosures. Offering a range of NEMA ratings for various degrees of environmental protection, these systems also provide a UL Listed and code compliant option necessary for commercial wire management applications.
Meter Mounting
Cooper B-Line provides a broad offering of meter mounting devices for the solar energy market. This offering includes a range of individual meter sockets, meter mains, and current transformer rated metering enclosures used to house watt-hour meters that measure both power creation and/or consumption. These products are UL listed and provide a NEMA type 3R "outdoor" construction.
